At Sofia Baxter Photo, every piece is made to order — printed, framed, or mounted specifically for you. We take great care to ensure the highest quality, but we understand that issues can arise during production or shipping.

1. Made-to-Order Products

Because all wall art is custom printed upon order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including:

  • You changed your mind about the artwork
  • The size doesn't fit your wall as expected
  • The color appears slightly different on screen vs. in person (due to monitor calibration)

We encourage you to review product dimensions, mockup images, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund. To qualify:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage (the item and packaging)
  • Include your order number in the message

3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered (wrong image, wrong size, wrong format), contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

4. Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  • Check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact your local carrier first
  • If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund

5. Print Quality Concerns

We partner with premium print-on-demand providers who use museum-grade papers and archival inks. If you believe the print quality does not meet the standards described on our product pages, please contact us with photos within 14 days of delivery and we will review your case individually.

6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are refunded only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
