1. Products and Orders

All products sold through Sofia Baxter Photo are made-to-order fine art prints produced by our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for your order, please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase. Product colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes. We strive for the highest print quality using premium archival papers including Hahnemuhle Photo Rag and Canson Infinity Rag.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though any changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Because our products are made to order, please allow additional production time before shipment. Estimated delivery times vary by region and are provided at checkout. 4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery. You must provide photographic evidence of the issue. 5. Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content on this Site are the exclusive property of Sofia Baxter or are used with permission and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent. Purchasing a print grants you the right to display it for personal, non-commercial use only. It does not transfer any copyright or intellectual property rights.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sofia Baxter Photo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. International Customers

We ship to multiple countries. International customers are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations. Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
