At Sofia Baxter Photo, all wall art is made to order using premium fine-art printing processes. Because each piece is custom produced, please allow additional time for production before shipping.

1. Processing Time

All orders require 5–10 business days for production before shipping. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Europe (EU) — Fulfilled from European production facilities
  • Mexico — Our primary LATAM market
  • Latin America — Select countries (availability may vary)
  • United States

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to inquire about availability.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates measured from the date of shipment (after production):

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Mexico: 7–14 business days
  • Latin America: 10–20 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of the artwork, and the shipping method selected. We strive to offer competitive rates through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

For EU orders, we work with fulfillment partners who handle VAT where applicable under the EU IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  • Check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email
  • Contact your local postal service or carrier
  • If the package is confirmed lost, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund
